Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for ensuring it reaches us safely. Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned. To request a cancellation or change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within Kenya and free order collection from the Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation office at Office Suites, Block B, 3rd Floor, Parklands, Nairobi.
